Jannette

Jannette graduated from Crossville High School in 2017. She has been a part of our healthcare team for four years. Janette has developed strong skills in administration and customer service, which contribute to her being a friendly and organized bilingual receptionist. Committed to delivering outstanding support and ensuring seamless communication, Janette loves to share her expertise and passion with this dynamic team to make a positive impact.

Beyond her professional role, Janette is a mother and enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and assisting others in her community.

Katie

Katie graduated from Sand Rock High School in 2004 and completed her associate’s degree in business at Snead State Community College in 2020. In the Spring of 2025, she plans to pursue her bachelor's degree to enhance her knowledge for her current role. With four years of experience in a healthcare office, Katie is known for her caring nature, strong work ethic, and ever-present smile.

She is happily married with three children and three stepchildren. She enjoys teaching Sunday School where she attends church with her family. Katie also has a passion for rescuing animals. She loves to attend church, spend time with her family, church family, and close friends, and watch her children play sports. She feels very blessed that God answered her prayers, enabling her to work in her dream job and apply her hard-earned degree.

Katie is very thankful for Melissa, and her mother, Patti, and their decision to add her to the healthcare team as the business office manager and for giving her the opportunity and trusting her to manage this practice. She looks forward to learning and growing with the healthcare team, making memories along the way, and becoming like family. Katie is also looking forward to helping patients for years to come.
