Jannette graduated from Crossville High School in 2017. She has been a part of our healthcare team for four years. Janette has developed strong skills in administration and customer service, which contribute to her being a friendly and organized bilingual receptionist. Committed to delivering outstanding support and ensuring seamless communication, Janette loves to share her expertise and passion with this dynamic team to make a positive impact.

Beyond her professional role, Janette is a mother and enjoys spending time with her son, reading, and assisting others in her community.

Amanda

Amanda graduated from Sand Rock High School in 2006. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented medical secretary with experience of the front desk. Currently pursuing a degree in nursing to become a registered nurse (RN), Amanda is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and support. With a strong foundation in administrative tasks and a growing knowledge of nursing principles, Amanda is committed to providing top-notch service and advancing her career in the healthcare industry.

Beyond her professional role, Amanda is a mother and coaches basketball and enjoys spending time with family.

Tamra

With over 35 years of experience in healthcare financial management, Tamra brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and dedication to her work and has been a valued member of our team since 2018. She is known for her strong Christian values and unwavering work ethic, which guide her both professionally and personally.

Tamra is actively involved in her church, where she leads the women’s ministry and supports various community outreach efforts. Outside of her professional and ministry roles, she is a proud grandmother of three and cherishes time spent with her family and her husband of 30 years.
