Patti is a seasoned Clinical Supervisor with over 25 years of experience working alongside Dr. Ufford in Crossville. She has had the privilege of growing and developing in her role. Her passion for delivering exceptional care and support is matched only by her commitment to her family.

With a strong work ethic and a heart for helping others, she strives to create a positive and supportive environment for our team and those we serve. Patti is proud to be a part of a healthcare team that shares her values and prioritizes excellence in all they do, and working together with her daughter, Melissa, is an added bonus.

Jamie is a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant with a strong educational foundation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeast Community College in 2019 with an associate's degree in medical assisting technology.

As a bilingual healthcare professional, Jamie excels in providing compassionate and inclusive care to diverse patient populations. Her expertise spans clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless support to healthcare teams. With a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, Jamie is an asset to our healthcare team and has been with us for five years.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cherishing moments with her two loving dogs.
